Update!!

I have finally had time to actually post about my fabulous adventure to New York. This was by far the most spomtaneous thing I have ever done. It was totally worth it. We decided a few days earlier we wanted to go to New York to get purses. One of my friends works for Continnenal Airlines and was able to get us buddy passes so we decided to just go. We left on the midnight flight and came home that same day at seven at night. We did New York in a day. I wish we were able to spend more time there but we did get our purses so what we went for was accomplished! Here are some of the highlights from the trip!

This is the fabulous Times Square. It isn't as cool in the day as it is at night but still fun to go see!





I really enjoyed the train ride as you can see from my very excited face!! This was taking the train ride from the Newark airport into Manhattan!

What is a visit to New York without Central Park. This was our very last stop on the trip before we headed on the train to get to the plane to get home. It was a good way to end the trip though. Everyone got there shopping done and now we are home and ready to go back for our next fun adventure.

This is my sister Lisa!! She is one amazing girl!! Tommorow she comes home from her mission in the Philippines and I am seriously excited to have her home. The top picture is a picture from when she went to the dentist office and the numbing stuff didn't wear off very well so she looked like the Huntchback from Notre Dame. But it was really funny. She will probably kill me for putting that picture there but oh well! I am getting a good kick out of it and it is my blog so I can do that! Once again I am seriously excited for her to come home!!

New York!!!

So I have decided to be really spontaneous!! Me and some friends are doing something super spontaneous!! We are going to New York for the day. Yup I said it we are flying out just for a day! We wanted to go shopping and just have a lot of fun! Come on what better place than in New York!! I will take lots of pictures and post them later for everyone to see!

SNOW!!

Here is a picture of the whole group! These are the people that are willing to weather the storm and come party in the snow!!! Lots of fun!!

I was so excited for the very first snow storm!!! I hate driving in the snow but it is sure fun to play in . I really wanted to go sledding but that didn't end up happening! Instead we had wrestling contests in the snow. Also very fun!

Can you say COLD??? I guess my makeup must be waterproof or it had just all worn off. I was the only one without makeup running down my face!

Well... All in all it was a really fun night!

Tribute to David

This is my brother David. He is a very interesting guy but he sure does make me laugh!! Right now he is serving in the California Sacramento Mission. I sure do wish he was here with me though. Everyday I think of him and wonder how he is doing. Below is a video of all of the fun that we used to have. We are having a leg wrestling contest. I always laugh too hard though so I never end up winning the contest, but it is always fun to try.

I have decided that I will do a post for each member in my family. David just told me I had to do a tribute to him. So here it is. I love my brother and I am glad he chose to serve a mission and I can't wait until he comes home.
